I can not get my VM to start up. I looked at logs but greek to me right now. Any ideas if my VM may be recoverable.

This is what I get when I start VM.  I did test open a different VM and it did open so it is this VM specifically.

Not sure where to start looking to see if this is fixable.  Thanks for any assistance.
