unable to join vcsa 6.5 update 3 to 2016 active directory

Hi

im having troubles joining vcsa 6.5 to 2016 active directory domain with the following errors:

#joining to domain

./domainjoin-cli join domainName UserName

#Entering the password for the user name and getting the following error:

Error: LW ERROR NO SUCH DOMAIN (code 0x00009c6c)

Unknown Active Directory domain

i see on the firewall  the following packets server-rst

Kerberos V5

LDAP
