When in Visual Studio and the mouse over raises a tooltip there are times when the screen refresh does not remove the entire tooltip. This does not happen all the time but it does happen enough to make it extremely annoying. I upgraded to 5.0.2 and this issue still happens. I disabled the 3D graphics mode but this did not fix the issue.
Any suggestions?
