ESXi Management network redundancy

Dear community,

I had a problem with set up network redunancy. I am looking for your help.

we have 4 ESXi servers with version 5.0 installed. everything working fine.

Hardware from HCL (Dell PEM710HD)

Each server haves 4 NICs. NICs #3 and #4 are designed for managent purposes.

yeasterday I installed lastes 5.1 on one of servers.

I configure NICs #3 and #4 as management adapters and assign IP address.

A am able ping management IP wihtout problem.

But vShere client and vCenter cannot connect to this server.

After series of expirements, I found,  if I use only NIC #3 - I am able to connect.

If I use NIC 4 (in combination or standalone) - no way to manage server.

in any case I am able to ping ESXi server without any problem.

I restarted management network, reboot server, restart managment agents -it is not helps.

NICs 3 & 4 are connected to separate switches (Dell power connect modular for DELL PE1000 chassiss) and then both switches connected into core router/switch (Cisco c6500 series). Ports are in access mode and in correct VLAN.

From point of Cisco - I see right MAC addresses and correct paths (VLANs, uplink, etc)

I am sure, for there is no networking problem, since ping are working well.

If somebody able to suggest where is error - please let me know.

PS: I installed ESxi many times (includes  ESXi5.1) - no such problem appears.
